SZW-8-1.25-S biomass (Coal) fired steam boiler is designed for beverage factory in The Philippines. The capacity of SZW series biomass (coal) fired steam boiler is 8 ton, the pressure is 1.25MPa and the steam temperature is 194℃. The structure of the boiler is double drums and reciprocating grate.

The main products of the customer’s factory are mango juice and coconut juice, exported to Europe and America. The customer wants to find a rated steam boiler to deal with the large amounts of the waste accumulated in the factory. The main waste in its production and processing are waste peels and stones. The water content of the waste is up to 80%, and the calorific value is around 3000 kcal. So it can’t be directly used as fuel in our biomass coal fired steam boiler.

Through comprehensive consideration, we make a special design for the customer. We suggest the customer to choose biomass (dried waste) and coal fired steam boiler with reciprocating grate, hot air stove and dryer as its auxiliary machine accessories. The high temperature smoke produced by the steam boiler is used for drying the waste. But the moisture content is very high, so we suggest a hot air stove to work together for drying. Then all these equipments work together that can maximum take the usage of its waste and generate steam. Our customer is satisfied with this solution.
