A Colombian dairy plant is now equipped with 35 modern production lines, which can produce nearly 100 varieties of milk powder, liquid mil, beverages, bean products, rice and wheat products. The process of preheating, sterilization and cooling of fresh milk processing in dairy industry need a lost of steam. In view off the fact that the four-way boiler has penetrated into all walks of life, in order to improve the applicability of the boiler of coal, the four-way boiler has specially designed adiabatic furnace, water-cooled furnace,adiabatic arch, water-cooled arch and other structures for it,and then selected different furnace structures according to the calorific value, volatile content and coking characteristic index of different burning coal to meet the use requirements of different types of coal.

Sitong Boiler is one of the few boiler enterprises with A-level boiler manufacturing license. The dairy plant chose Sitong and purchased a 2-ton DZL single drum longitudinal chain grate coal-fired steam boiler。According to the different coal quality and tonnages, Sitong has reasonably set up an independent air warehouse for the dairy plant to ensure the full burning of coal. The boiler has been put into use for the fresh milk processing production line in good operation. The boiler effective uses the workshop area and space.
