The steam boiler is mostly used for the needs of factories and enterprises, such as chemical plants, metallurgical plants, clothing factories, shipyards, and other industries. A Philippine ship manufacturing enterprise is a large backbone enterprise in the local shipbuilding industry. The power center boiler room of the enterprise already has two 10 ton/hour coal fired chain grate steam boilers for supplying production and domestic steam to the entire plant. However, when the coal quality is poor and the moisture content of the coal is high after being damp, the combustion efficiency of the boiler is poor, which results in insufficient output and seriously affects the production line of the shipyard. In order to ensure the normal production work of the enterprise, as well as considering the sustainability and environmental characteristics of biomass energy, the enterprise decided to introduce an efficient and environmentally friendly biomass boiler to provide energy support for its ship production line. Sitong Boiler provided a set of 4 ton/h DZH series biomass fired steam boiler according to the requirements of the shipyard.

This boiler is a horizontal three passes water fire tube hybrid boiler with threaded smoke pipes arranged inside the drum. The optimized heat exchange structure is adopted inside the boiler, which improves the utilization rate of heat energy and reduces energy waste. And this is a dual fuel boiler product that can burn coal and biomass as it uses advanced biomass combustion technology. The emissions of pollutants generated during the combustion process are low, which is conducive to improving air quality. The customer chooses to use biomass particles as fuel for the boiler, which has low operating costs and is very environmentally friendly. It can bring economic and environmental benefits to the enterprise. Meanwhile, in order to improve the reliability and durability of the boiler, Sitong Boiler adopts high-temperature resistant grate plates for it.
