2 ton of Biomass Fired Steam Boiler Used for Essential Oil Extraction Industry in the Philippines

As we all know, rose essential oil is a valuable concentrated essence in the world, which is not only used to make cosmetics such as beauty, skin care, hair care, but also widely used in medicine and food industries. But few people understand the role and position of steam boilers in the extraction process of rose essential oil. Steam boilers are mainly used in essential oil extraction to provide high-temperature steam and extract essential oils from plants through distillation processes. The steam generated by the steam boiler is transported through pipelines to the refining equipment, providing the required heat for various chemical reactions. The advantage of this method is that the volume and temperature of the steam can be easily adjusted, ensuring that the essential oil components are not affected by thermal degradation, thereby maintaining the consistency of the extracted essential oil quality. At the same time, steam boilers can also provide power for pumps, mixers, and other equipment in refining equipment. Therefore, an efficient and stable steam boiler is crucial for essential oil extraction equipment. Recently, a 2-ton DZH series biomass fired steam boiler from Sitong Boiler has departed for the Philippines and will soon become the core equipment of a local rose essential oil factory. During the technical exchange between both parties, Sitong Boiler's technical team consulted in detail about the production process and steam parameter requirements for rose essential oil. Temperature control is crucial in understanding the distillation process of roses. It needs to be indirectly and slowly heated with steam first, and when the temperature rises to around 80 ℃, steam is introduced to heat it to boiling, so the steam quality and control requirements for the boiler are relatively strict. Sitong Boiler's DZH series biomass boiler is characterized by high output, high efficiency, and fully automatic operation, which can effectively improve rose oil yield and essential oil quality, bringing tangible economic benefits to the enterprise.
